Supported the development and execution of key management initiatives in order to deliver the 2025 Growth with Purpose strategy:

- Managed and developed the market & competition update which is part of the quarterly CEO report for the Board of Directors.
- Developed and managed company profiles of Aliaxis top 20 competitors
- Designed from scratch the 5-Year strategy for the Nordics
- Handled work streams for the pre due diligence of several transformative M&A deals
- Lead work streams for the yearly strategy update exercise

Member of the COO’s Food & Environment office and involved in strategic projects for Eurofins with a high exposure to both Group leaders and senior / middle local management.

- Managed the group programme for cost calculation per Test. Lead the implementation in 50 Labs representing 400M€ of Net Sales (Australia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Norway).

- Contributed to the deployment of a new financial report in coordination with top management, IT, finance for Nordics and Eastern Europe including 70 BUs. The financial report is a balance sheet at Sub-BU level. The project included Cost Centres and Group structure standardization. Managed a team of two interns.

- Analysed and implemented best practices for Nutrition BUs representing globally a turnover of ca. €250 millions. Business Cases for automation projects.

- Contributed to the reduction of a bottleneck of 50k PCR tests during Covid-19 crisis in Bavaria.

- Supported Labs and top management to increase SARS COV2 testing capacity.

- Designed Laboratories benchmarking methodologies (e.g. financials calculation, productivity measure, production cost analysis, instrument utilisation, etc.).

- Operational excellence across the group and its 800 laboratories worldwide.

- Cost analysis of Labs across the group worldwide.

- Building and implementation of a productivity measurement tool in the labs.

- Go-to-market strategy for a couple of Fujitsu France offers in IT services (Digital workplace and Hybrid IT)

- P&L management for a contract with the biggest Fujitsu France customer generating €20 million Revenue per year

-Competition analysis framework from scratch: identification of the competitors, scoring method definition, writing of battle cards, business cases for the FY2019 key deals.

- Internal consulting : customer business issues knowledge for Airbus.

- Industrial economics report about the IT outsourcing market: how the market faces the problem of adverse selection due to the asymmetry of information between the client and the buyer and how the provider and the client work to get around the problem of moral hazard induced by the incomplete contract and the contracting period. Application of the findings on the competitive ecosystem of Fujitsu France.

Visiting intern in the bio-inspired fluid mechanics lab (Dr Sunny Jung's team):
Work on the backwash problem during swallowing process: quantization and modelization. Making of a 3D printed robot controlled by arduino.
